
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation unless approved by the school/store management.
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions
Books, uniforms, shoes, socks, and other school materials once issued or collected are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
If any product has a manufacturing defect, it must be reported within 2 days of collection with proof of purchase.
