Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Items purchased from the Insight Academy School Online Store may be eligible for return or exchange only under the following conditions:

• The product has a **manufacturing defect**
• The **wrong item or size** was issued by the store
• The item is **damaged at the time of collection**

Requests for return or exchange must be raised **within 2 days of collecting the item** from the school store.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally **non-returnable and non-refundable** unless there is a manufacturing defect:

• School books and study materials
• Used or washed uniforms
• Shoes or socks that show signs of usage
• Any item without original packaging or tags

Exchange Process

If the product qualifies for exchange:

• The item must be returned to the **school store distribution counter**
• The item must be in **unused condition with original packaging**
• Exchange will be processed **subject to stock availability**

If the requested size or item is not available, the store management may offer an **alternative item or store credit**, subject to approval.

Return Approval

All return or exchange requests are **subject to verification and approval by the school store management**.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed in exceptional cases such as:

• Item unavailable for a long period
• Duplicate payment made
• Order cancelled by the school/store

Approved refunds will be processed within **7–10 working days** through the **original payment method**.
